From The Archive:“Garden Inspired Wedding at Terrain at Styer’s ”

Even though I’m based in Lewes, Delaware, I often find myself photographing weddings at Terrain at Styer’s. I’ve been there four times as I’m writing this, including once to the Terrain in Del Val, and each time I’ve been so impressed by the team behind the wedding day, the incredible vendors, and the beauty of the venue itself.
This day in particular was a warm and vibrant June celebration where I had the honor of documenting Ivanna and Christian’s commitment to one another, followed by an evening spent celebrating their marriage with their closest friends and family. Their dog, Zuko, was also included in the celebration, making the day feel even more personal and meaningful.
The adoration they shared towards each other was so evident, through the way they looked at each other and through their vows. During the reception, both of their siblings shared heartfelt toasts that spoke so beautifully to who they are as people and the love they have for those around them. The dancing was lively, and they were sent off with bubbles at the end of the night.
It was such an honor to document their wedding day and witness the love they share with each other and the people closest to them. I’m grateful to have preserved these memories for them to return to for years to come.
